Can't pay via Qiwi Card

Hello!

I registered new spotify account and tried to get premium but system didn't accept my Visa Virtual Card by Qiwi.

Spotify Account Country - Russia

Qiwi Card from Russia too

I'm using this card to pay Apple Music (Russian account) and there was no problem whith payment.

Does anybody know solution of this problem?

Here are a few things you can check:

• Make sure the card hasn’t expired or been canceled. 
• Double-check you have sufficient funds. If you’re using a pre-paid card, you might need to top up.
• Verify that your card is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. You can contact your bank or credit company to check.
• You must opt-in to e-commerce and cross border payments. Look for this setting in your bank’s mobile app settings.

If it’s still not working:

• Wait a few days and try again, or try in a private/incognito window (there might’ve been a temporary connection problem).
• Try a different payment method.
• Get in touch with your payment provider.

Note: If you have used you card to pay for a Premium subscription in the past, our system will not allow you take out a trial subscription again.
