Can't redeem Gift Card code

My Question or Issue

Hey, I know that Russian account Premiums are being suspended due to inability to charge the fee. Knowing this I purchased a three-month gift card a month ago. Now, when my Premium has ended, I tried to follow the redeem link from the letter with a code I had been sent. The link opens to '404 Not Found'. As I understand that it's likely that I won't be able to prolong my subscription, but how can I at least make a refund for the card?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Due to new external restrictions, Spotify is not accepting prepaid cards at this time.

You can try returning it for a refund (as long as it is unused and you have the receipt) for a potential refund.
