Can't remake a premium subscription

I had premium before, then I had to cancel the subscription (I used an italian credit card for it the first time), and now I want to subscribe again but using a Skrill credit card, which is UK based. I can't seem to change my location in the settings page on my account, and when I try to put in my credit card details it tells me that it doesn't match my location. Any advice?

Unfortunately, you can only purchase a Premium subscription with a payment method that matches your account's location settings. If your account's country isn't UK right now, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info on how to change it.
