Can't subscribe to premium mini plan and gets "Sorry, your payment failed. No charges were made." every time

Thanks for this [post i am from USA and have the same issue and mine is Windows 10 is there any issue i have mail to the official mail id but still don't get any response.

@Carter11 the mini plan is not available in the US right now, so if you're trying to subscribe could you give us a bit more info about what plan you're trying to get and your payment method.


@eslamabosaed we'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.


If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.


Lastly, keep in mind that your payment method need to match the criteria here get this subscription.
