Ok, this is super frustrating!!!

I'm traveling internationally and I can't access my Spotify account, as it won't log in (and yes, I've tried logging out of Facebook and back in) and tells me I only have 15 days of international usage! I've sent help messages and have not been offered any suggestions. I'm still being charged a monthly fee. I want credit for last month and my subscription CANCELLED!!! I don't like that I can't get in touch with a real person! It seems like a big flaw in the system. I was super happy with my Spotify account and now I just want to be done with it! Super bummer.

Can I please have contact with a real person to handle this????

Hey there @user-removed, welcome to the community!


That doesn't sound right. Free users can use Spotify when traveling abroad up to 14 days. However, Premium users can use Spotify any time, any place, with an unrestricted internet connection.


Let's see what's happening here. Can you make sure you're logging in the correct account?


Try the following:

    1. Check your subscription page. Your status should show up as Premium. 
    2. If it says you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstallation of the app.
    3. If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

I've checked everything and it's says I don't have an account, yet, just yesterday, I was charged through iTunes AGAIN!!! Seriously, can I talk to a real **bleep**ing person to get this handled?
