I accidentally purchased a Spotify subscription and would like to request a refund. I did not intend to make this purchase, and I have not used the premium features.

Hi Joan, I'm having problem with my refund request that was made right after the payment was processed. The customer service representative (Deekshitha P) refused to help me and was taking so long to respond back between each message. I tried canceling my subscription but there was no where to cancel in the app. I had no idea I had to go to the actual website. Even trying to get to the website was difficult because the links that showed up took me directly to the app and the app doesn’t give you a link to where you need to go . So I want my refund back for the subscription i cancelled.

I did the 3 month free trial of spotify premium and it charged me the $11.99 after the free trial ended. I forgot to turn off the auto-renewal thing. I want refund. I do not want to use the spotify premium service for the month. I spoke with customer service on here and they would not issue me a refund.
Acepte una prueba gratis del plan premium durante un tiempo y cancele justo el día que se acababa el plan según el correo que me mandaron pero ya me habían realizado el cobro, no sabía que ese día no contaba como el último para poder cancelar de haberlo sabido hubiera cancelado el día anterior, el caso esque no lo voy a utilizar y quiero que me devuelvan el dinero ya que ya lo he cancelado el mismo día que se supone que acaba el plan. En el soporte me dicen que es por la hora pero en ningún momento se indica que la hora influye también en la cancelación y tampoco un cliente puede saber exactamente a qué hora acepto la oferta hace un mes o el tiempo que fuera.
