Thank you for your replies. Since this thread appears to be getting some more attention, we'll gladly help clear out some confusion.

Firstly, be advised that if a payment has already been processed, cancelling the subscription will not refund this payment and your Premium will instead remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled via our support team, you can reach out to them at any time.

Secondly, keep in mind that refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the date of purchase. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.

What if I can't access my account in spotify but it still charges my account and pays for the premium plan. This has been going for months and I'm not even using that account, it's not even asking for permission or anything it just charges my gcash account. What can I do, can I get a refund?

Hi Joan, I'm having problem with my refund request that was made right after the payment was processed. The customer service representative (Deekshitha P) refused to help me and was taking so long to respond back between each message. This is really frustrating and the issue should not be that difficult to solve.

I tried canceling my subscription but there was no where to cancel in the app. I had no idea I had to go to the actual website. Even trying to get to the website was difficult because the links that showed up took me directly to the app and the app doesn’t give you a link to where you need to go . So I want my refund back for the subscription i cancelled.

I am sorry to hear about the hassle with canceling your subscription. It isn’t possible to cancel your subscription if you’re using an iOS device - and there’s more information about that here. I did the 3 month free trial of spotify premium and it charged me the $11.99 after the free trial ended. I forgot to turn off the auto-renewal thing.  I want refund.  I do not want to use the spotify premium service for the month. I spoke with customer service on here and they would not issue me a refund.

En el soporte me dicen que es por la hora pero en ningún momento se indica que la hora influye también en la cancelación y tampoco un cliente puede saber exactamente a qué hora acepto la oferta hace un mes o el tiempo que fuera.

I just registered for premium individual and i was to get 3 months free subscription. However i realized that that i still could not use some functions on my spotify so i payed for one month subscription again uet nothing. Kindly refund and cancel my subscription
