My grandmother has been paying for my sister's premium account. My sister died 2 months ago and my grandmother has not been able to cancel her payments. How does she do this? We can't access my sister's account, as we don't know her user name and password

Hey there @Jillianjane24, welcome to the community!

 

Sorry for your loss. You'll need to get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff for this so they can do their magic backstage. You can reach them on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!

 

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
