Hello there,

I'm the member of Spotify premium for the last 8 month and yesterday when i tried to open the app on my phone i couldn't. However i tried a couple of times and then i realized that my Spotify status has became free! I'm already paying for premium and i didn't receive any notification like my premium will be no longer available or etc. This is so annoying. Can you please help me on this? What should i do?

Alright, so if you continue having trouble even after follow the steps that was on the article, I suggest that you be in touch with the Customer Team, to get more information about your subscription and find a solution to solve your issue.

Thank you for your interest.

i already tried to find solution about it on the link you shared but didn’t work actually. I don’t know what is the problem but I have been using Spotify premium for 8 months without any problem however yesterday my account has became free and don’t know why. I didn’t receive any mail or sms notification for it.
