My Question or Issue

Cannot access my family plan menu to add or manage. Says i have a family plan  subscription yet still cannot access. Its frustrating. 

How can i get a hold of support to confirm everything?

thanks for posting in the community !

 

Please make sure you're holding the latest version of Spotify and then try launching page in a different browser or incognito page.

It is the latest version. I  also tried the incognito. No go...

thanks for the update !

 

It sounds you might be logging into one of your sub accounts, meaning you see that you have a Family subscription on your account page.

If you're not on the owner account of the plan you won't be able to send invites.

 

Please check the you're logging into the correct account, the owner's account, to be able to send invites properly.
