Cancelled subscription over 2 weeks ago, but still charged?

I canceled my Spotify Premium subscription over 2 weeks ago, as I am low on money and trying to save, but I was charged today after canceling my subscription. Is there any way I can receive a refund and have my subscription cancelled? Thanks
