Cannot cancel premium membership

I'd like to cancel my premium subscription, but there an error pop-up and. 

Any ideas?

Browser: Opera (with Adblocker turned off)

OS: Windows 10

Language: Polish and English

Country: Poland

Could you make sure to follow these steps in order to cancel your subscription? Also, we'd recommend you clear the cache/cookies from your browser and try again.

Cookies and cache cleaned, checked also on Chrome, and Edge (I think it was 2nd time I used this browser 😉 Same history everywhere: Oops! Something went wrong, please try again.

Are you able to try using a different device to cancel the subscription?
