Cannot redeem gift card

Trying to redeem gift card; it keeps failing. The card was ordered from Amazon, I've done that before with no problems, and the code was still covered up when I received it. I've tried all my recent postal codes, none of which work, and all reasonable permutations of the code for O/0, etc.

Could you try redeeming your Gift card here using a different browser or private window?

If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to redeem your Gift card. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
