Cannot switch from Family Premium to Student Premium

My Question or Issue

I currently am the head of a full Spotify Family plan and I want to switch to a Spotify Student Premium.  I verified that my account was eligible for the student premium through SheerID, but when I try to switch to Student Premium, I get an error saying "Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method."  Is this because my month of Family Premium has not run out yet? Once the month passes and the premium runs out will I be able to start a student premium membership?

I'd recommend trying to upgrade to Premium Student once your current Premium Family plan has ended.

If you haven't cancelled your current subscription yet, you can do so following these steps.
