Solved: Cannot upgrade to Duo, web page does not load

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to upgrade from Premium to Duo. When I follow the links through the website to 'Get Started', the page is 404'd. I've tried on several devices - is there an issue here? I'm wanting to start an account for my daughter but it won't let me!
