I cannot buy the Premium duo plan as everytime I try, the payment gets cancelled. I have tried do it on various browsers, incognito mode, and there's no issue with my card either so kindly let me know as to how to go about this.

I would recommend contacting your bank just to be on the safe side that everything's ok on their end and if their by any change seeing a pending payment.

Furthermore, I would recommend trying any other different payment method you can use to have a bit more indication if the process goes through.
