J'ai un abonnement Premium Duo mais je souhaite passer à un abonnement Premium Famille mais cela me dit que je dois m'adresser à mon gestionnaire de compte.

Comment dois je procéder ?

Thanks for reaching out. We hope you don't mind us replying in English as this is the official language of the Community. 

 

If you're seeing that message, then your account is most probably a member in the Premium Duo subscription and not the plan manager. Since the upgrade to Premium Family can only be performed by the plan manager, you'll need to reach out to them and ask them to perform the upgrade from their account page.
