My Question or Issue

Hello, i have tried to change the country of spotify from US to Colombia because im on vacation here for a couple months and i need to pay my subscription with the local currency, however when i try to change the plan or country it says that im not allowed to change my subscription and i have look for help but it is really hard to find a solution so i hope that writing this will help. Thank you if anyone has any idea of how to fix this. (I attach a photo that is in spanish but it basically says that im not allowed to change)(I have also tried in my laptop and the same issue pop up)

Hey Keanu, yes i have already tried that but i still have the same issue, when i change the country it loads again but the country is the same

Sometimes, certain credit card companies will have the card designations. It could be that your credit card might be tied to the US. 

I have a couple of ideas that you can try, if you can buy Spotify Premium cards, you could pay for your premium that way. Or you could try buying one of those prepaid cards and purchase your premium that way as well.
