My Question or Issue

I am trying to switch my plan from Spotify Premium with Hulu to Spotify Premium Family. When I tried to switch over my plan, the website is giving me the message "Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method." How should i go about changing my plans if the website does not let me? For the payment method, i already have my credit  card automatically paying my spotify account monthly. Also, I am the one setting up the family plan with my account.

I tried to first deactivate my Hulu account through Spotify but it gave me the error "An error occurred. Try deactivating again, and if you still receive an error, contact Customer Support."

Just to confirm, have you already tried changing plans in a incognito window and/or after clearing cache & cookies on your Windows 10?
