Charged $35.00 from Spotify

I have attatched an Image of the charge that was applied to me. Right after Spotify charged me the $4.99 for my student subscription, I was charged an extra $35.00 as a withdrawal fee / courtesy pay fee. What is this??? I don't have the money for this and my bank account went into the negatives.

We've taken a little look backstage, and your subscription looks fine.

However, we'd suggest contacting us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle to investigate that other charge further.

From there, we'll be able to tell you where that other payment came from. It might be from a duplicate account, or even a pending charge. We'll be able to get to the bottom of it over Twitter or email with you 🙂
