Charged after canceling

 

I bought a spotify premium subscription and later on it charged me. I already payed for it and I cancelled my subscription. I don’t see it on my list of subscriptions anymore so I thought I was good. Then next thing you know Spotify is charging me 12$ again for some reason? i’d like to get some support or information on this.

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you check your email to see if you received any confirmation that your subscription was canceled? If you didn’t, that might explain why the charges kept coming — the cancellation probably didn’t go through.

You can also head to your account page to double-check if your account is on the Free tier now, and review all the payments made on your subscription, along with the dates.

If any of the charges don’t look right, it’s worth checking their status. If they’re still pending or processing, it’s a good idea to reach out to your bank for more details. And if you’re still seeing charges from Spotify, you can reach out to our support channels so they can take a closer look.
