My Question or Issue

 I have payed for the yearly subscription to premium but it's not active. 

I WAS charged 

The receipt IS present on the page on this website and on my bank app

I HAVE tried logging on/off multiple times, also tried a fresh installation 

I am on the correct account 

Both the app and the subscription page still say premium isn't active

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your username and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours.
