Charged for premium, cancelled it, no refund or premium.

  • I had a three month free trial that started in December, it was supposed to end today. It did, and charged my card $10 for premium. I went into my account to cancel my subscription because I don’t have the money right now. It canceled and told me my premium will end on 3/6/20. Can I get my money back? I’m not able to use a premium subscription anymore, despite being charged for it.
