My Question or Issue

I don't have an spotify subscriptions attached to my email or phone number but there's a monthly subscription going of my credit card every month.

There is an account number and a reference on the transaction on my bank statement. How do I cancel it

It's best you reach out to Customer Support as they're the folks who can provide you with more insight on the matter. It's also worth checking with your family, as someone could have accidentally signed you up for Premium on another account.
