Charged twice 2 different amounts, why?

Charged twice 2 different amounts, why?

I've been charged twice this month.

I didn't upgrade to family, I don't have multiple accounts. My account is linked to my Facebook.

I just renewed my premiuim.

But I've been charged €12.99 and €9.99 on September 15th

Why is this Spotify?
