Charged twice per month

Charged twice per month

I have been charged twice a month at the same time for a few months now checked to see if other accounts I had were premium but they were not. Would like this sorted asap as I love using spotify

Did the charges occur at the same time?

Sometimes banks can give duplicate notifications about a single charge, giving the impression you’ve been charged twice. You can check what you’re being charged by logging in to your Spotify receipts page.

 

 

If the charges occurred on different dates, this means you likely have more than one Spotify account.
