I've been charge twice for Spotify premium this month. I had an email earlier in the month to say that my payment had failed so I set up a new payment of £9.99 per month and a payment was taken. 

 

I have just been charged £12.99 on top of my other payment. Please refund my second payment and ensure that I am not charged twice in one month again.
