My Question or Issue

 Hello, I just bought the spotify premium subscription for students, which is a 50% off. Confirmation through Sheer-ID went fine, the payment itself went fine too. After i paid (through VISA), it was stated that I succesfully paid and that I would get a confirmation e-mail in my mailbox. This was about half an hour or more ago and I still haven't received this confirmation e-mail. Did something go wrong or can it just take a while to receive this mail?

Hopefully I can help you. Firstly, can you let me know if you have checked your spam/junk mail? The email may have been sorted into this section.

 

Also, you can check in your Account Settings, if you have recieved the upgrade. If it hasnt updated to Premium something has gone wrong.
