Couldn't connect to premium student account

Hi,

A few weeks ago I convinced myself to upgrade to a premium account. Because I am a student, I have chosen for the student packet. I made an account in my name and my mother paid with her visa card (I am not yet in possession of a visa card).
A day later I received an email that my student's prescription was approved and I could be connected  every moment to the premium student packet, but that hasn't happened yet.
I already tried the basic solution such as removing the app and re-downloading, re-registering, ...
Fact: the amount is still not from my mother's visa card.

Can someone help, I am really looking forward to using premium.

Did you click the link SheerID sent you in the email letting you know your verification was successful?

If not, go back into the email to get the process done. There you'll be able to make the payment for the discount.
