I received an email saying that you have been sending me several emails due to the fact that you were unable to process my payment for Spotify Premium. So I changed the credit card from VISA to AMEX, and still pops up a note saying that the payment method does not match the country I registred on my account..which is weird because I am from Argentina, the country of my account is Argentina and the AMEX is emitted from Argentina.  I would like please to receive an answer as I only have 2 days to revert this situation.

At the moment, in order to activate your Premium subscription in Argentina, you can use Visa or MasterCard cards. That's why you're unable to process the payment with your American Express card.

 

Also, could you make sure that your payment card meet these requirements? If so, we suggest you clear the cache/cookies from your browser and try to make the payment again.
