You can try to open the link in an incognito window or a different device, where you haven't logged in from before.

I tried everything already.
My subscription ended yesterday and I already cancelled it because I wanted to switch. I used my credit card last time to pay.

Thanks for the reply.
We'd suggest trying to subscribe using another internet connection. If that doesn't work contact your bank and make sure your card is enabled for Foreign transactions.
If none of that helps, try using a different payment method like PayPal.
Keep us posted on how you get on.

First off, we'd recommend that you try updating your payment details in an incognito window to avoid any issues caused by the saved cache or cookies in your browser.
It's also a good idea to check if the payment method you're trying to use is supported by Spotify. You can find more info about that here.
Keep in mind that payment methods can vary between countries, and regions as well as plans/offers, so we are not unable to provide a reason as to why a credit card payment method might no longer being offered to you.
On another note, if your subscription is with a partner( for example your phone carrier), they're in charge of the payment and that might be the reason why you can't see credit card as an option. If that's the case we advise you to contact for further information.
If the above is not the case, it'd be great if you can send us a screenshot of what you see when you're on the check out page ( click on Get Started and select the plan you have). This way we can get a better understanding.

Can you please have a permanent fix for this? Clearing cache and. ookies and using other browser is not working obviously. I tried the Link the other user was pro ided but it will not work for me since I am subscribed to the family plan. I want to pay by credit card.
