Cuentas equivocadas .

hola. 

Tengo dos cuentas una con el correo de *snip* y otra ( que no sabía ) que es *snip*

cometi el error de pagar la de *bleep* pero esa no la uso. Quisiera cambiar la suscripción que pague a la cuenta de *bleep* que esa es la que si uso y es la que tiene mis artistas y álbumes favoritos. Me pueden ayudar. Gracias

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like you have two accounts and upgraded the wrong one. 

If you want to subscribe on the other account instead, you can first make sure to cancel the current one. After this, check here to see if you're eligible for a refund. 

Once that's done, you can upgrade the other account. Just make sure you're logged in on the correct account while upgrading.
