My Question or Issue

There is a previous post about this and the solution did not work. I cancelled my premium for student through spotify, renewed it, went to the tab of services and there was only "start watching" on both spotify and hulu. I cannot find a way to chat with a support person only through this community feed. I am trying to deactivate my hulu through spotify so i can sign up with hulu no ads with the same account just a different payment, a payment directly through hulu.

I'm here to help. If you wish to subscribe to another Hulu plan, you can sign up directly through Hulu. Check out the steps at Hulu's Help Center.
