Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome! We hope you don't mind the response in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

If you've got a receipt of the payment and to make sure you're logged into the correct Spotify account, head over to the Overview Page > Payment > Order history to check your payments. If there's no details there, then you're probably logged into a free account and you may need to take a look at this article to see how you can find out if you've got another account.

 

Once you've found the correct credentials of the account you've paid for, make sure to also use them upon log in on the app as well.
