Does spotify have any SUPPORT or they just stealing money from people?

I have been charged for Student Premium and I CAN NOT CONTACT WITH ANYONE or SPOTIFY SUPPORT I've been emailing and getting no answer and there are tons of people have the same issue In Turkey People who apply for "Student Premium" have been charged twice and nobody wanted to help these people at least 1 people to look at this community forum to solve the problems but you just look at the REVENUE and **bleep** you Spotify for not helping these people! people are getting charged multiple times and not getting PREMIUM nice one Spotify and **bleep** you again!

Hello @user-removed and welcome to the community! 

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. 

The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
