Double Charged

Double Charged

I had to get a new debit card after a fraudulent charge on my bank account. Doing so messed up a lot of my auto-renew accounts, including Spotify. I entered my new card number directly to my spotify account, and this month I've been charged through iTunes and Spotify directly. I realize the error is mine, since apparently I used to pay monthly through iTunes, but how can I get the second charge refunded? And the best method to insure it doesn't happen next month?
