Double Charged

I've been charged also 9.90 €  on my visa, but I've already got the familly account witch is 14.90 €/ month...

... nobody by phone, nobody can help !

 

I've ask my bank to refuse next monthes

 

 but It's not professional !

Hey @alicealice1, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It looks like you might have two separate accounts, one subscribed to Premium for Family and one to a regular Spotify Premium subscription. Could you check out this support guide to checking for multiple accounts?

I've cancelled the prelevment on my bank but I would prefere to know what
the problem is ?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by using this contact form. They usually respond within 48 hours!
