Double account with same email

Double account with same email

I have two accounts - paying for both Premium but thought I only had one since the accounts have the same email. How is this possible and how do I ask for a refund from Spotify? I have only used one acount and since I log on with only one email they charge double for one service?

 

How do I reach their support?

Hi!

I recommend you refuse from premium on one of your accounts and change email, then offer new premium on that account to not get charged double by one email.
