Double charging

Double charging

Hello. I have been double charged this month on the 12th and 13th of may which you can see on attached bank account sheet.  Would you please correct and solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Let's see what's going on exactly. 

Based on the screenshot you sent me, it seems like you're being charged for Spotify on two different dates, one on May 12th, and one on May 13th.


Could you check in with your bank to see if those charges are pending or if they're posted to your account? Also, check your Receipts page, and see if there are two charges there for both dates.


If there isn't, it'd be a great idea to see if you have other accounts with Spotify that may also be on Premium. You can find your account(s) using this guide.
