Duo Plan can’t add family

Duo Plan can’t add family

I am on the Duo plan and have been trying to add my family for a very long time.
Despite it being the EXACT same address being entered (we know where we live thank you) it still refuses to recognise it add her.

it’s getting really annoying and have tried all the articles on the subject but it doesn’t work. 

What to do ?

“You need to live at the same address

It looks like you're trying to join Duo from a different country. Duo is only available for couples that live together. Try again when you're at the same address.”

 

which makes no sense because we are already

Thanks for letting me know.

 

For Premium Family/Duo plans, both your account and the account of the person you’re inviting need to be set to the same country as the one you’re both currently located in. If either of you has an account registered in a different country, that would explain the issue you’re experiencing.

 

I recommend checking that both of your country settings are correct. If one of you is set to a different country, you’ll need to update it (and ensure the payment method is from the country you’re currently in).
