Duo Plan invite not working

My Question or Issue

I am able to generate an invite link for my son but when he tries to enter the address where we live it says we need to live at the same address (even though its the same). Also now I am unable to delete him and re-add him from my account, I don't see any options to do this. Lastly, not sure why the link it generated is .co.uk in it when I have Indian plan.

Sorry to hear this. First, I’d recommend selecting the correct region for where you reside here. That will ensure links are correctly directed when you use your account. Once you do that, you can send him another invite following these steps. Please make sure that all members at the same physical address at the time of signup, otherwise the address verification will not work.
