My Question or Issue

I have invited my husband to join my premium duo plan I recently upgraded to. To join he needs to enter his residential address and it has to match mine. Although the same address is being shared, the system prompts the addresses don't match and to try again. I've already paid a month's bill for Premium Duo without being able to use it. How to solve this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

If your husband is using the exact same address you registered in your plan, it's possible that the country registered on their account is different from yours. So in this case, we'd recommend updating the country settings on their account to make sure it matches properly before trying again.

 

If the issue persists, we'd recommend to your husband to accept it from a different device (using their own account) to see if it makes any difference.

 

Lastly, we'd recommend following the process mentioned in the Status update of this thread as it was an ongoing issue recently fixed.
