Duo premium not working for the person I invited

I invited my wife and she created an account and so everytime she clicks the link, it just says not availed but I'm still paying the duo premium.

 If the Ms. is having trouble accessing the Duo Premium plan that you are paying for, there are a few things you can check:

1. Make sure that your wife is logged into the same Spotify account that you used to invite her to the Duo plan. If she created a new account, she will not be able to access the Duo plan unless she is added to it separately.

2. Check that the invitation link is still valid. Spotify invitation links are only valid for a limited time, so if the link has expired, your wife will need to be re-invited.

3. Confirm that your Duo Premium subscription is still active. If your subscription has lapsed or been canceled for any reason, your wife will not be able to access the Duo plan.

4. Contact Spotify's customer support team. If you have checked the above and are still having trouble, you can contact Spotify's customer support team for assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue or manually add your wife to the Duo plan.

It's also worth noting that the Duo plan is designed for two people living at the same address, so if your wife is not living with you, she may not be eligible for the plan. If you have any questions about eligibility, you can check Spotify's website or contact their customer support team
