My Question or Issue

My girlfriend and I have recently moved in together, in a rented apartment. We'd like to switch over to Duo but I'm not sure what exactly will we have to provide to verify our address. All our official documents are at different addresses and we won't be changing them until we get our own place. Can we still switch over to Duo without risking to get locked out?

Yeah, as long as you both live at the same address, there shouldn't be any issues 🙂 Spotify does not ask for any documents that prove that you live at that address.

When signing up to Premium Duo, keep in mind that if your address doesn't autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find.

If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.
