EU user cant use White Bit Nova card for payment's

i am trying to pay my primium via White Bit Nova card 
however it get's refuse for landlock resson's 
since the Nova card provider is registered in Estonia, the card belongs to the same jurisdiction for all users.

the country am in is denmark, but i guess this is a problem for all
