My Question or Issue

my premium plan would typically bill on the 2nd, but last month there was no money on the card so it did not. on the 23rd of the month when there was finally money in it i changed the plan to the student plan and so the new renewal date should be on the 23rd but yesterday, 2nd August, i was notified that my plan has expired. please look into this? thanks.

If you've been charged for a Premium plan it should be active for the next 30 days. You can check the status of your account here.

 

In case it doesn't say you're on Premium, make sure you're logged in the right account with the right email address.

i'm logged in the right account and it still says the same thing.

We suggest that you head over to this article and follow the steps that's provided in it to make sure that you don't hav multiple accounts.
