End Year premium offer

Hi, im form Poland.

i bought premium spotify on december 31 2017, it should be for just 0.19 PLN and i've been charged for 19.99. In addition it should last for 3 months but i doesn't.

this is hoax!

What payment method did you use when signing up for this offer? Also, before you purchased this offer, did you have Premium?

answering: i was not a premium user befor, the method i have choose was "dotpay".

I have contacted support via email, they solve the problem (well not entirely, but i accept the outcome). It appeared to be a misleading english-polish translation (in polish the offer was: pay 0,19PLN and have premium for next 3 months).

thou cant be 100% sure if that is the problem, but it looks like that.

but as i said, the support solved it for me and i have accepted their solution.
