My Question or Issue

 When Starting Spotify on my TV per Spotify App Directly from TV App or from Apple mobile the TV Display just turns dark grey and Shows „Fehler“ (engl. error) below the Green Spotify Logo. However it is possible to listen to Music but no direct Control with Samsung Remote possible anymore (worked for several Werks/months before). Already tried uninstall and New Installation nur didn‘t help.

Thanks for letting us know. 

 

First, could you make sure that the OS on your TV is up to date? Keep in mind that Tizen operating system version 2.3 or above is required. 

 

Also, go through these steps to check availability:

  • Go to Samsung’s app store.
  • Select Spotify, under Lifestyle.
  • Click Check your device in the top-right.
