Error message when enter giftcard

I recieved four $10 giftcards. I entered the first three with no problem. The fourth one when I enter it keeps giving me this message:

Something went wrong. Try again, or <a href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/">... help</a>.

I am having the EXACT same issue...all my gift cards were purchased at Wal-Mart in $10 increments of that makes any difference. Any solutions would be appreciated!

Same issue. I bought 5 cards but could only activate 4. I get the same error message for the fifth one. Please help I don’t wanna feel like I threw 10€ in the air!

update : I tried again 24 hours later and it worked this time, at least i don't feel cheated anymore
