My Question or Issue

I can't pay for my Student Discount. I tried to pay with a diferet debit card and it didn't work. Always sends me a message that says: "Se produjo un error con el pago. Inténtalo de nuevo, usa otra tarjeta o prueba con otro método de pago. Visita nuestra página de ayuda".

I also tried to pay from de SheerID email that approves my Student Status.

 

I have been trying for days and it doesn't change. I need help!

Thanks for posting in the Community and for the screenshots!

 

There can be different reasons for a failed payment so it's worth checking the info in this article in order to make sure that everything's in order with your payment method.

 

We recommend trying to pay in an incognito-window on your browser, but if there's no change to try with a different browser or even on a different device if that's possible. 

 

Should you still see the error message, test once again with another payment method.

Hi, I just tried everything and it didn't work. A change is that I can save a card but the rest is the same. I can't pay and the message keeps appearing.

Just to confirm, did you try upgrading to Premium using a different device? If possible, you can give it a shot from a computer.

Should the issue persist, and you've already checked all steps on the Support page linked earlier in the thread by @Ivelina, we recommend getting in touch with your bank/payment provider so that they can have a closer look from their end. They might be able to give you more info on why it can't be processed, and they can also double-check the card settings, to be on the safe side.

Once you've checked with your payment provider, we'd suggest waiting at least 24 hours before you try subscribing again. This is to ensure that any changes to the settings has been adjusted.
